Prices cite the published source and the date checked. Building rules link to the city or agency that issues them. Our own math is labeled ESTIMATE. Rules change, so confirm with your city before you start.
Before Hiring
- Get the NFRC ratings for the exact window quoted.
- Ask for proof of insurance and any required local license.
- For pre-1978 homes, ask for EPA lead-safe firm certification.
- Don’t sign under same-day pressure.
